Through visualization of certain aspects of our consciousness that
appear in the form of the different Buddhas, we slowly get closer to
our primordial state, a state filled with warmth, compassion and

The power of mantra

The mantra is the bond that unites us to the awake and
compassionate aspect of our mind. By reciting the mantra we
invoke this aspect of Buddha lying awake inside us. Through this
recitation, a communication is established with the heart of our
most inner being, awakening a deep wish that opens our body, our
speech and our mind to the blessings of the deity.

most important aspect of the feminine energy is the wisdom, the
space.
The space that lets all the phenomenas arise and develop.
The wisdom that enables us to recognise the beauty of every

Summer Retreat :
The Herukas
From the 2 to the 9 of
August, 2009. In Banyoles (Girona)
There are certain aspects of our emotions
that are stuck, inaccessible, like frozen. Still, they
have a great influence on how we feel and on how we
interact with the world.
The practice of wrathful yidams (Herukas) penetrates
deeply into these emotions through compassion,
activating them and allowing us to pacify, purify and
transform them.
This helps us to attain peace of mind. In this course we
will see how to transform the wrathful energies into
skillful means, and how to follow the path that leads
from the base to the final result/fruit.
The teachings will be on the Herukas in general, and on
yidam Hayagriva in particular (main deity of Ripa
lineage).
Gyetrul Jigme Rinpoche will bestow Hayagriva empowerment
and will explain how to do the Hayagriva practice.
